This publication represents the Final Project Report for the Millerton Area Watershed Action Plan Program, Phase 3, as funded by CALFED.  Under the grant agreement, the project consisted of conducting an in-depth analysis and action planning for the four remaining water systems that make up the overall Millerton Area watershed including the lower Finegold Creek, Cottonwood Creek, Big Sandy Creek, North Fork of Little Dry Creek, and portions not included in previous (Upper Finegold Watershed, Phase 2) studies.
