The purpose of this document is to incorporate the most significant findings (including impacts and data gaps) and recommendations that came out of the Phase 3 field-based watershed assessment of the Millerton Area Watershed and high priority protection plan proposals. These high priority summary proposals are an effort to address in more specific terms the most germane and significant actions to be taken in the context of watershed protection and enhancement goals under the CALFED Bay-Delta watershed program.  Additionally, these proposals reflect a summarization of stakeholder interests and their involvement in the assessment and protection planning process.  The summary proposals are grouped into two categories – water quality/quantity and watershed resources.
